Our Group Classes

We’ve found that children are motivated by fun, high energy workouts that will teach them balance, agility, flexibility, and strength exercises. No equipment necessary. Our classes have a dual purpose, getting active while learning healthy habits and meeting new friends!

Workout Club

Taken by nearly 1,000 girls ages 8-14, this beginner workout club is a weekly 35 minute full body workout that aims to build strength, endurance, friendships, and confidence! Girls’ confidence levels drop 30% between the ages of 8-14, and nearly 8 in 10 girls would like to feel more confident in themselves. Let’s change this statistic! 💪 Let’s go girl!
